Test Roast
Roasting is as much a craft as it is a science and sometimes roast don’t turn out how we had hoped. Sometimes they’re a bit too light or a tad too dark, or maybe they took too long to get to first crack, or sped right through it. They still have the same flavor notes as their perfected counterpart but are not quite up to the regular quality that we strive for. Rather than toss these in the trash, we’re offering them at a discount.
These are only available to pick up at the Manitowoc Summer Market, located at 720 Quay Street in Manitowoc Wisconsin.
